With an impressive background in business and strategy in corporate America, Founder & Designer, Natalie Solak intentionally and radically transitioned her career to embrace her passions for style and purpose.
Natalie's personal journey has taken her all over the globe, bestowing her a prized worldliness and appreciation for connectedness that influences every aspect of Talis Elements. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, Natalie escaped with her family to New York City, where she would later graduate with a Bachelor of Science from NYC Polytechnic School of Engineering.
Natalie accepted a position in Germany with Accenture Financial Solutions. She successfully honed her finance, technology and business acumen over the next 20 years of her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers and MarketAxess, which saw her leading cross-cultural teams in Russia, China, Hong Kong and South Eastern Europe in Business Operations and Strategic Growth. After being nominated as a "Top Talent Marked for Success’ by Novartis OTC, she joined Thomson Reuters, rising to become one of the 37 Female Executives in Technology globally.
Natalie left the corporate world to finish the Executive Leadership Program (PLD) at Harvard Business School, simultaneously founding a boutique management consulting firm, ZNpartners. She continued building strategy and managing transformation projects with start-ups and Fortune 500 companies, co-founding two additional start-ups.
Despite overwhelming career success in the technology and financial sectors of business, Natalie felt a deep desire to flex her creativity, passion for symbology, and eye for design. She created the idea for Talis Elements in 20XX, with the intention to unite global artisans and makers from all corners of the world, using commerce to not only create covetable personal jewelry, but to build a business that is worldly, meaningful, socially conscious, and humanitarian.
